We Do Four Things. Each One Has A Price.

Not a menu of forty “solutions.” Four projects, each with a start date, an end date and a number at the bottom of the page. Pick the door you’re worried about, and we’ll fit the latch.

The four engagements

Read The Fine Print Before You Sign It

Every line below is what goes into the scope document. If it isn’t listed, it isn’t included — and we’ll say so on the call.

Identity

Phishing-Resistant MFA Rollout

Texted codes get phished, and so do authenticator-app prompts. We move your whole office to security keys and passkeys, then close every side door that lets an attacker fall back to a weaker method.

  • Up to 25 people enrolled on keys or passkeys, in person or on video
  • SMS, voice and app-code fallbacks switched off
  • Legacy sign-in protocols blocked; conditional access written to your tenant
  • A one-page “I lost my key” procedure your receptionist can follow
  • CalendarTwo weeks, kickoff to handover
  • HardwareSecurity keys at cost, no markup
  • Beyond 25 users$68 per added person

Microsoft 365 Or Google Workspace, Locked Down

Default settings are written for convenience, not for your firm. We take your tenant through a hardened baseline, change what matters, and document each setting so the next person can read it.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC moved to enforcement, so nobody can send mail as you
  • External sharing, guest access and forwarding rules trimmed
  • Admin roles cleaned up: fewer admins, none used for daily mail
  • Audit logging switched on, with a settings workbook handed over
  • CalendarEight working days
  • ScopeOne tenant, up to 40 mailboxes
  • Second tenant$740 added

The 2 A.M. Sunday Incident Playbook

When ransomware lands, nobody should be googling who to call. We write the plan for your office: your systems, your people, your insurer’s hotline — then rehearse it once so it isn’t theory.

  • Twelve-page playbook in plain English, plus a wallet card
  • Contact tree: who calls whom, in order, including your insurer and counsel
  • Decision points written out: when to pull the plug, when to pay nobody
  • A 90-minute tabletop exercise with your team
  • CalendarTen working days
  • TabletopUp to 10 people, on site or video
  • Annual refresh$395, only if you ask

Insurance Renewal, Answered Honestly

Forty yes/no questions, and a wrong “yes” can void a claim. We test every answer against what’s actually configured, fix the cheap gaps, and hand your broker a folder of evidence.

  • Every question on your form checked against the real system
  • Cheap gaps fixed on the spot, expensive ones priced separately
  • Evidence folder: screenshots, exports and dates, indexed to the form
  • A plain list of answers that are yes, not yet, and no
  • CalendarFive working days
  • ScopeOne questionnaire, one tenant
  • Pairs withMFA rollout, take $200 off

What we won’t sell you

Three Things Missing From Every Quote

  • The monthly retainer

We build the lock and hand you the key. Billing ends when the project does, and nothing renews itself.

  • The scare deck

No slides about nation-state hackers. If you’re a twelve-person firm, your actual threat is a convincing invoice email on a Tuesday.

  • The hourly meter

The price is on page one of the scope. If the work grows, we stop and re-quote before touching it.

What Owners Push Back On

Can I buy just one engagement?

Yes, that’s how most start. Each stands alone. The MFA rollout and the audit pair well, which is why we take $200 off when booked together.

What if the scope grows halfway through?

We stop, write a change order with its own price, and wait for your yes. The final invoice never exceeds the number you signed.

Do you watch my systems afterward?

No. We’ll tell you what to ask a monitoring provider and what a fair quote looks like.

How do I pay?

One invoice per project: half at kickoff, half at handover, by ACH, check or card.
